You Don't Have to Earn Rest

You don't have to be completely depleted before you're allowed to slow down.

You don't have to know exactly what's wrong.

You don't have to be "good" at meditation, yoga, art, or therapy.

And you don't have to become a different person.

This is an invitation to become more connected to the person you already are.

Come rest. Come create. Come move. Come listen. Come back to yourself.

Retreats are offered exclusively for women and are available in one- and three-day formats.

Space is intentionally limited to create a more intimate and supportive experience.

Designed with Neurodivergent Women in Mind

These retreats recognize that burnout and overwhelm don't look the same for everyone.

The experience is designed with consideration for women who may experience:

  • Sensory overwhelm

  • Mental fatigue

  • Masking and the exhaustion that can follow

  • Difficulty recognizing or responding to internal needs

  • Chronic overextension

  • Executive-function fatigue

  • A tendency to prioritize everyone else's needs

  • Feeling disconnected from the body

  • Difficulty resting without feeling guilty

  • Burnout after years of pushing through

  •

There is no expectation that you arrive feeling calm, centered, flexible, creative, or "well."

You get to arrive exactly as you are.

One-Day Retreat
A Day to Pause, Breathe & Reconnect

A one-day retreat provides a concentrated opportunity to step away from your usual environment and dedicate a full day to yourself.

Throughout the day, you'll experience a combination of:

Somatic practices → Creative expression → Yoga → Rest → Reflection → Sound

You'll have opportunities to learn practical regulation skills, explore your internal experience through art, move gently, rest deeply, and connect with other women in a supportive environment.

You'll also leave with practices you can incorporate into your everyday life.

The One-Day Experience

Arrive
Slow down and transition out of the demands of everyday life.

Connect
Begin noticing what your body, emotions, and nervous system are communicating.

Create
Use art and creative expression to explore without needing to find the perfect words.

Move
Reconnect with your body through accessible yoga and somatic movement.

Restore
Experience intentional rest and a sound bath designed to create space for stillness.

Integrate
Identify what you want to carry home with you and create a personal plan for continuing your practices.

Three-Day Retreat
Three Days to Slow Down, Go Deeper & Reconnect

Sometimes one day isn't enough to truly step away.

The three-day retreat provides more time to move beyond simply resting and begin exploring how you want to live, feel, and relate to yourself when you aren't operating from survival or exhaustion.

Over three days, we'll create space for deeper somatic exploration, creative expression, movement, reflection, and restoration.

Day One — Arrive

From doing to being.

The first day is about slowing down.

We'll begin creating safety and connection, learning to notice your body's signals, and exploring what burnout and chronic stress may look like for you.

Day Two — Explore

Listen to what your body has been trying to tell you.

With the foundation established, we'll move deeper into somatic awareness and creative exploration.

Through movement, art, reflection, and therapeutic practices, you'll have opportunities to explore patterns, boundaries, emotions, needs, and the ways you've learned to move through the world.

There is no pressure to share anything you create or disclose anything you're not ready to discuss.

Day Three — Integrate

Take what you've discovered home.

The final day focuses on integration.

We'll identify the practices, insights, boundaries, and forms of support that you want to carry into everyday life.

You'll develop a personalized collection of practices for navigating stress, overwhelm, and burnout—including tools you can return to when life becomes demanding again.

We'll close with restoration, reflection, and a sound experience designed to help you transition intentionally back into your life.

A Space to Come Back to Yourself

You spend so much of your time thinking, doing, managing, anticipating, caring, and holding everything together.

What happens when you finally have permission to stop?

These retreats are designed for women who are ready to step out of constant productivity and into a different kind of experience—one centered on rest, embodiment, creativity, connection, and renewal.

Especially for women experiencing burnout or navigating life with a neurodivergent nervous system, traditional approaches to self-care don't always go far enough.

You may not need another list of things you should be doing.

You may need space to listen to your body.

Yoga & Movement

Gentle, accessible movement creates opportunities to reconnect with your body without turning movement into another task to accomplish.

Yoga practices will be adapted to support different bodies, energy levels, and needs.

Somatic Work

Retreats bring together several approaches to support mind-body connection:

Learn to notice what is happening in your body and develop practical ways to regulate, ground, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

Art & Creative Expression

You don't need to consider yourself an artist. Creative expression can offer another pathway for exploring emotions and experiences that may be difficult to put into words. Through painting, intuitive art-making, and other creative practices, you'll have opportunities to explore without needing to perform, explain, or get it "right."
